Good Morning--- Well, I was up a pound this week but didn't surprise me to much. Just hard to get back on track and stay on track after you've messed up! But you still have to take the ups and the downs--- it's all part of the journey. I went ahead and edited my original post. Hopefully the next month will be so much better!!!! Have a great Weekend!!!
I'm posting a 2 pound loss for last week, which means a lot of exciting things for me:
1) I made my goal to lose 5 pounds this month
2) I have lost 25 pounds, which is half way to my long-term goal
3) I am no longer considered obese
Hello and I hope everyone is having a good Saturday! I was wondering on our weekly weigh in thread are we supposed to post a new post every week or go back and edit the original one? I was just curious. I din't lose anything this week so it will stay the same.

Hello everyone-- I stayed the same again! I am walking the 3FC -5K today so will let you know how that goes--- never even attempted to walk that far before. I have decided to change my weigh in days to Friday so will be weighing in again on the 18th!

Well, I am only down a pound this week-- but it is my fault! I bought a new laptop computer this past Sunday and I've been playing with it for this past week putting it through all kinds of tests! And believe it or not, I decided to uninstall all that I had put on there and pack it up and take it back! I just wasn't that impressed with it. So instead of doing my walking--- I've messed with that most of the week--- but it's going back this weekend.
Now back to getting my DAILY walks in! I did walk a couple days this week but not everyday like I had been doing--- so a pound is what I will have to take!
