I'm trying to decide ... maybe I should use my morning scale weights as the official WI? My weights vary so much by the clothes I wear, the time I WI, whether I've already had lunch, etc. (Not to mention water weight.) I really don't want to get back into ... "must wear the lightest clothes I have" every M, W, F.

Erin – you sound just like me w/ the WI clothes. I had a favorite outfit (including light weight shoes!!) that I always had good luck in. And I wouldn’t eat as much as I normally do in the mornings before WI. It’s so silly isn’t it? I started weighing in at home in the mornings ‘cuz I just couldn’t get over it.
Congrats to everyone who sucked it up and posted their weights this month, whether good or bad. I know I struggled, but I am still proud that I owned it by putting it on here.
