Wow Tuesday! 2.5 lbs in a week??? You are killing it!! I WI again today. Hoping to see more off since yesterday, as I was a bit disappointed by my .8 loss. But at least I'm headed in the right direction!

I had actually lost more the week before but I did not believe it so I did not post. I figured there was no way after eating several high sodium meals I had still dropped. This week I believe The scale is telling the truth! I am stoked. A size 12 is mine!
Down 10# sense Christmas and 30 all together. Just hope I can keep it off.

Not bad considering I gorged at dinner last night. We went to Cracked Crab (a favorite) I ordered mahi mahi with citrus salsa. It was very yummy and actually light. My down fall (always my down fall) was the basket of bread on the table. Once I started I could not stop! I did skip desert. That good right?
Yesterday I was 169.5. I was thrilled with that number.

Feb 4: 206.6 (up a fuzz from our 4 day weekend. AKA/chocolate chip cookies. but not enough to change the ticker.
Feb 11: 203.2 WOOHOO!!! AND TOM IS HERE TOO!
Feb 18: 202.8 didn't make my V-Day goal. but it won't be much longer.
Feb 25: 203.8...oops

The sweetest thing for Valentines Day is pounds lost!!! Stay out of the chocolate!!
