  • Sorry everyone - a really busy weekend so I blew it on Saturday - didn't have time to eat so I blew it at night! Anyway, Sunday and Monday were POP!

    Sunday:

    Gold w/lites (2P, 3V, 3F, 2S, 1D, 1Fat) (per COD trying w/no lites this week and replace w/whatever I want - I chose P)

    Breakfast: ww light toast, 1 tblsp LF PB, coffee w/FFhalf-n-half (1S, 1/2P,1F condiment), 1 cup canteloupe

    Lunch: homemade quesadilla (turkey breast, LF shredded cheese, low carb tortilla, salsa) 1 cup green pepper, 1 cup mixed berries (1/2P, 1D, 1S, 1V, 2F)

    Dinner: 6oz grilled pork loin, large tossed salad, FF dressing , almonds(2P, 2V, 1Fat)

    80 oz of H2O, hot water/lemon

    Monday:

    Breakfast: ww light toast, 1 tblsp LF PB, coffee w/FFhalf-n-half (1S, 1/2P,1F condiment), 1 cup canteloupe

    Lunch: homemade burrito (3oz fround beef, LF shredded cheese, low carb tortilla, salsa) 1 tomato, 1/8 avocado 1 cup mixed berries (1P, 1D, 1S, 1V, 1 fat,2F)

    Dinner: 6oz pot roast, sm tossed salad, FF dressing . 1/2 cup snow peas (2P, 2V, 1 condiment)

    Snack - SF jello (free)

    72oz of H2O, hot water/lemon

    Holly - you get string cheese on FF??? I thought your unlimited proteins were lmited to meat, poultry and fish. Just checking.

    7: 12 Strawberries, FF Cool Whip, NF Yogurt (F, D, Cond)

    1 Flat out wrap (not sure if it's 1 or 2 starches, Cassi is checking; I'll say 2 to be safe) (2S)
    1 wedge Laughing Cow cheese, 1 1/2 oz turkey breast (1P)
    2T lite mayo (2F)
    1C low sodium V8 (2V)
    Evening
    8 oz glass skim milk (1D)

    MA: La lite, 7 almonds (Lite, 1F)
    Lunch: lean cuisine, 1 small apple (1P, 1S, 1F)
    MP: 100g yogurt, La lite (1/2D, Lite)
    Dinner: Chicken Caesar salad (1P, 3V)
    Evening: 1 small apple (1F)

    And Lots of water

  • You guys are rockin' this challenge! I have been under the weather and am having a hard time getting all my food in (that's a first! LOL).

    Next week I will start giving out more clues on the prize!!! The Debbie Nicole Chia Pet is too darn tempting...I may have to throw that one in as well.
  • Deb - hope you get to feeling better! Take your vitamins and drink lots of water!
    In all honesty, the chia pet should be the loser's prize...and by that I mean the person who has the LEAST amount of POP days. Okay, that would be impossible to calculate.....or we'd probably deplete the supply of chia pets. I need to go google those things. I didn't know they even still existed. How about a pet rock?

  • Oh, they still have chia pets.........and in various styles too One is a dude that grows a fro.....LOL. Ok, I am going to try try try to do my day 2 of FF, even thought I screwed up yesterday........maybe I'll just add a day. yeah, I just cheered me on, cuz I NEED to today
  • My mom has been visiting so I haven't had a chance to post! I stayed POP while she was here!!

    Mid-morning: Lite, celery, cheese (2V, 2D)
    Lunch: Tuna, Toast, Grapes (1P, 1Fa, 2S, 1Fr)
    Afternoon: Lite, carrots (1V)
    Dinner: Subway sandwich (1P, 2S, 1V)
    Evening: Peanut butter, Apple, (1/2P, 1Fr)
  • Now, I'm so tempted to go into the shed and start the Chia Pets that I had in the dorm in college.

    6: 8 oz Chicken Breast, 2 Cups Sliced Peppers, 3 oz Roasted Potatoes (P, 2Vs, S, Fat)
    7: 12 Strawberries, N/F Yogurt (F, D)

    Activity: 60 Minutes Cardio, 30 Minutes Resistance
