Sorry everyone - a really busy weekend so I blew it on Saturday - didn't have time to eat so I blew it at night! Anyway, Sunday and Monday were POP!
Sunday:
Gold w/lites (2P, 3V, 3F, 2S, 1D, 1Fat) (per COD trying w/no lites this week and replace w/whatever I want - I chose P)
Breakfast: ww light toast, 1 tblsp LF PB, coffee w/FFhalf-n-half (1S, 1/2P,1F condiment), 1 cup canteloupe
Lunch: homemade quesadilla (turkey breast, LF shredded cheese, low carb tortilla, salsa) 1 cup green pepper, 1 cup mixed berries (1/2P, 1D, 1S, 1V, 2F)
Dinner: 6oz grilled pork loin, large tossed salad, FF dressing , almonds(2P, 2V, 1Fat)
80 oz of H2O, hot water/lemon
Monday:

Lunch: homemade burrito (3oz fround beef, LF shredded cheese, low carb tortilla, salsa) 1 tomato, 1/8 avocado 1 cup mixed berries (1P, 1D, 1S, 1V, 1 fat,2F)
Dinner: 6oz pot roast, sm tossed salad, FF dressing . 1/2 cup snow peas (2P, 2V, 1 condiment)
Snack - SF jello (free)
72oz of H2O, hot water/lemon
