Default Kashi Bars

My diet center told me I can't these bars? Does anyone know why?

Yes.. because they don't sell them! :-)

AND - different Kashi bars have different ingredients.. be sure you're comparing the calorie content, fat content, protein grams, etc... The bigger Kashi bars have too many calories, etc..

Lunas, Kashi Go Lean Crunchy

I'm sure there are others. There is a sticky at the top (I think) that compares different OTC bars to Lites. Once we ran out of lites we went to Lunas--I LOVE them. Hope this helps. And Wendy is exactly right--they won't promote what they don't sell.

I tried the cereal.

Next time I will go to my yard grab a handful of mulch eat that and throw the cereal on the flowers.

It will probably taste better too.

What about the Kashi TLC (Tasty Little Chewy) bars? Are those an acceptable alternantive?
