I kinda got off track yesterday so I'm going to edit this as I go! By the way - I couldn't find canadian bacon in the book but a McDonalds Egg McMuffin has it on there doesn't it? I just counted the egg and cb as one protein - yell if that's not right.

Looks right to me Shannon. I'm not sure where I read/heard it but reduced fat Canadian bacon is something like 3 slices = 1P, and turkey bacon is 4 slices = 1P

Under the protein section in the book it says "clients who use 1/2 protein in the morning may use 1oz reduced fat cheese or 1oz reduced fat, low sodium canadian bacon as 1/2 protein". I've "heard" bacon is a no-no... even turkey. But maybe someone else knows differently. I've used one slice of turkey bacon @ 35 calories and counted it as a fat once or twice.
