Today I just did my normal 1500 calories, but I did get to Henry's to buy the juice and stuff I need to do TO tomorrow and Wednesday. Hope you all did well today! (PS thanks for the info Megan)
I am in. I am counting calories right now but I will do TO anyway and then go forward with the challenge. I did not weigh myself Friday. I will weigh myself this week though and post it.
First day of FF for me. Just finished my first orange of the day. Got them ready last night so they are already peeled and ready to go for the day. Protein is going to be chicken breast and veggies will be spinach and other assorted greens.
Just thought I'd touch base before the day started.
I stayed POP yesterday - no small feat! Today I'm giving shrimp a whirl, but it's pre-cooked and frozen, so I dunno how great it'll be. But...it's one day, right? And then tomorrow's a normal day again. I can do this, I can do this, I can do this!
Megan - I am in too! I started my challenge today, so day 1 of TO for me! This is exactly what I need. I am leaving for my wedding/honeymoon in 7 1/2 weeks, so this should keep me on track until then Good luck girls!!!!
Yeah, I've been working on this bag of precooked shrimp for awhile, but I'm at work today and have no way to saute them...*sad*
So I'm letting them thaw out and will try to eat them that way. May heat them...we'll see. It was hard to choke them down for breakfast - hopefully it'll be easier to eat them for lunch.
I'm very new here - but this looks like what i need to kick myself into getting back into the program! I'll have to start tomorrow as i need to find some juice!
Note: the shrimp have all been eaten. Nuked 'em for about 50 seconds with some broccoli and then distracted myself as I ate them, so I wouldn't think about how much better they'd be with butter and garlic.
