I really appreciate your help. My insane month of April is over. I was gone every weekend and it's been very difficult to stay on a diet. Other than graduations I have to go to, May is going to be a little calmer. I am at the top of my weight & I am so frustrated because nothing fits and I feel horrible. I know I need to sit down & read thru the book again and make a grocery list. I am the type of person that tends to eat the same thing every day.
