2/23 (Purple w/Lites)

B - Pineapple shake (tasted like the Pineapple Frosh mix stuff you get in the produce section). Made it at work in the Magic Bullet!
LA Vanilla Shake, 1/2c crushed pineapple NOT drained, 1pkt Splenda, 4oz water, 4 ice cubes
(Lite, Fr)

S - Tangelo (Fr)

L - 6oz tuna w/1T rf mayo, little chunk of onion, dash black pepper and dash McCormick Original Chicken Seasoning (again chopped up in the Magic Bullet) on LaTortilla Factory Tortilla (P,Fa,S)
3c lettuce w/Salad Spritzer (V)
6 baby carrots (V)

S - 2 rf string cheeses (D)
Apple (Fr)

D - 2 slices of pizza (CC) (P)
Big Salad w/Salad Spritzer (V,V)

S - Lite

Still have a starch left, which believe me won't go to waste. Going to the in-laws so I may have a lt. beer or some other kind of nosh.

l - 6 oz white tuna, 3 stalks celery, 4 oz yogurt, r.f. triscuits (P, V, 1/2 D, 2S)

s - 10 almonds, lite (F, lite)

d - 5 oz shrimp, 1/2 C cooked broccoli, 1 small salad, glass of pear sake (P, 2V, FR)

Aaargh! Went to eat my lunch and I took DD's chicken salad (with more than 1T mayo) instead of my tuna. Ended up eating the 2 string cheeses and a bar and I will have 2 fruits for wine, the pizza and then I know I shouldn't do this, but technically, couldn't I have 2 light beers for the starches?

Yikes on the lunch switch-a-roo, Cassi but you made the right choices. I would have had a hard time passing up chicken salad! The wine and pizza sound fabulous... I'm not really a beer drinker but I think you've earned at least one today, don't you!? Enjoy it!

l - [Noon] 1 egg (hardboiled), 1.5 C lettuce, 1.5 sticks celery, 1-4" pita (1/2P, V, S)

s - [3:00 p.m.] apple, 1 oz p.s. mozarella cheese stick (FR, 1/2D)

s - [4:30 p.m.] lite (lite)

d - [7:00 p.m.] salmon, lettuc, 3 carrots (P, 1.5 V)

...and LOTS of lemon water (1/2 gallon) to help counter the higher sodium foods I had yesterday. For whatever reason, tonight I was pretty hungry, but I still kept to the menu.
