I haven't been posting 'cause I haven't been eating due to being sick. I've planned my POP days, just haven't opened the lunch box. I'll try to do better today.
Dinner - 5 oz grilled salmon, big green salad with dressing on the side, 1 small slice bread with butter (went out for dinner at East Side Mario's) (1 P, 2 V, 1 S, 1 F)
I'm going to be in a class, so I figure pizza will be the easiest thing to find in the area, and I'll pack my lites & snacks to eat there. Then home for a quick dinner and DH and I are going out for a Valentine's movie...hence the popcorn treat!
I have been struggling BIG TIME lately (not following plan AT ALL) so I have decided to start over like day 1 when I walked into LAWL the first time.... So, tomorrow is Day 1 of FF I am using oranges

We had the taco bake last night for dinner instead of the potato soup. It satisfied everyone in my family. I made the baked pita chips to accompany it, which everyone was thrilled with.
The Taco Bake is very garlicky ... people keep walking around my desk today, wondering where the garlic is coming from.
