I haven't been posting 'cause I haven't been eating due to being sick. I've planned my POP days, just haven't opened the lunch box. I'll try to do better today.

L - 1-4" whole wheat pita, cut into wedges, 1 C peppers, 2 oz green beans, 1 egg, 1 nectarine, 1 TBS parmesan dressing (to dip the pita wedges into) (S, 1.5V, 1/2P, FR, F)

S - Lite

D - 1 boca burger, 1/2 C steamed brussell sprouts, lettuce w/FF dressing, 3 medium prunes, 1 rice cake (P, S, 1.5V, FR, 1 condiment)

Evening - 2 oz p.s. ricotta cheese

Snack - apple (1 Fr)

Lunch - 1 sheet graham cracker with 3 TBSP natural peanut butter, 12 baby carrots, plum (1 S, 1 P, 1 Fr)

Snack - apple (1 Fr)

Dinner - 5 oz grilled salmon, big green salad with dressing on the side, 1 small slice bread with butter (went out for dinner at East Side Mario's) (1 P, 2 V, 1 S, 1 F)

Snack: Lite + Juice (1L, 2Fr)
Lunch: Pizza, Celery (CC=1P, 1V)
Snack: Lite + V8 (1L, 1V)
Dinner: Frozen entree, Carrots & snow peas (1S, 1P, 2V)
Snack: Popcorn (1S)

I'm going to be in a class, so I figure pizza will be the easiest thing to find in the area, and I'll pack my lites & snacks to eat there. Then home for a quick dinner and DH and I are going out for a Valentine's movie...hence the popcorn treat!

I have been struggling BIG TIME lately (not following plan AT ALL) so I have decided to start over like day 1 when I walked into LAWL the first time.... So, tomorrow is Day 1 of FF I am using oranges

Shrimp (Target had some Jumbo shrimp on sale this week)

I've been out of town for a few days for a class, but I did pack all my meals. I was switched from the BLUE plan to the GOLD plan a few days ago. Haven't quite gotten the hang of it yet. Anyone else on GOLD?

We had the taco bake last night for dinner instead of the potato soup. It satisfied everyone in my family. I made the baked pita chips to accompany it, which everyone was thrilled with.

The Taco Bake is very garlicky ... people keep walking around my desk today, wondering where the garlic is coming from.
