I haven't had a chance to jump in, but I want to. Need a suggestion, though. Normally I lose 10lbs in about 6 weeks, so that would be 10lb by Valentine's Day from my January 1st weight. Or I could use Monday's weight at the COD for my start weight and then use the COD weight throughout the challenge, or should I use my BNWI from my home scale from Monday morning (which was more than COD for some reason)? Suggestions?
Cassi for you??? Anything! Why don't you got with your January 1 weight as that's when I started thinking of the challenge.. whatever you do your results will be fabulous.. BUT only if you get us a before and after picture!

Just kidding! I will get an after picture either the weekend before or the weekend after the challenge, since VD is Wed. this year. Sometime during that week I will make sure to put on some makeup so I don't scare you guys and get a picture.
My January 1st BNW was 207.4 on the home scale. I will use that one.
Okay have lost 1.8 of my 10lb challenge.. go cupid go.. I'll just pretend I'm chasing after a bag of Hershey's Kisses when I get on the eliptical.. I could run on it for days with those in sight!!
Hey Kimmie Our slimdown was our first idea to do the 16days together just to get us all moving our tickers. Since we were doing that one it seemed quite possible 10lbs was doable by Feb 14 so they kind of go hand in hand!!
