I doubt I'll be down 2.6 by tomorrow but just did 25 mins on the eliptical to help along as much as I could!

Thanks everyone - this is the first goal I've met - ever. I definitely think is due to your support!

Boo-I'm still in Albany. All flights are cancelled. We have rented a car and are going to drive through a freakin blizzard to Baltimore. Little voices in my head say... this could be a bad idea. Luckily we are leaving before the really bad stuff gets here - you know the 4"/hour with whiteout conditions? Hopefully we will be well south of all the crap by then.

OK guys, I went to WI yesterday and I was down 3.2, so that puts me at 10.2 for Valentines Day challenge. I MADE IT!!! Congrats to everyone else too!

Darn, I won't know if I actually made the VD challenge. I only weigh in on Saturdays...unless I go by my home scales, which are actually pretty accurate to the ones they use at the center. Ahh, I can wait!! Congrats to all who made it and a big thumbs up to all who gave it a shot!!

congrats to all who made the VD challenge!!! WTG. Kristen..........if you didn't make it hon.....you are not alone my friend. I actually had a gain since Sat. I would like to blame it on the birth control pills I started on Sunday, but more likey it is from the cookies and sun chips I had last night. I am not sure why I ate that stuff.......and I just had a little of each, but oh well. I have truly decided that the sclae IS indeed the devil and that I am for sure going to a Sat WI only. If I look back in my book.........I actually had a 0.6 loss from a week ago.........but according to Sat's WI, I had a 2.4 GAIN. Do you see the sclae drama that is haunting me. Well, I guess I needed this to make me see that a once a week WI is definitely what my mentality needs.
Oh, and as if I weren't cranky enough this am (sclae ***), my kids have yet another snow day........apparently they cancel school here in St. Louis for winter weather. What a bunch of sally's. Ok, I am going to go take a hot bath. Hopefully that will make me less cranky. Do you think it's the pill that is making me such a jerk?

Okay I went up on Monday and today was down .8 so I lost some of what I gained and .4 of justified loss. So my total for the VDay challenge was 7.8lbs.. just shy.. that with extra eliptical but I'm not down though as it's now 7.8 less than I was when I started... but I plan to make 10lbs by St. Pattys gosh dang it!!!!!

I started the challenge using my January 1st weight of 207.4. My actual COD weight on 1/15 was 204.8. At my COD WI today I am 192.6. I have lost 14.8 from the start of the year, and 12.2 since the official beginning of the challenge. Thanks, guys, for all of your support!

Way to go Cassi!!! And congrats to all of you, even if you didn't quite make your goals, you tried, and that's more than half the battle..

So.. What's next? A St. Patty's day challenge.. Too bad we wouldn't be able to celebrate with corned beef (too salty!)...

I just celebrated by eating a (very small) chocolate covered strawberry... I figured "what the ****".. Compared to the way I celebrated the Super Bowl, it's a drop in the bucket.. Maybe not even a drop.. Did I mention it was very small?

^^ I like it!! Not a big fan of green beer, but I'll definetely hoist a Guiness!!

By the way, did you know that Guiness has far fewer calories than normal beers and in fact, is really more like a lite beer, even though it has far more flavor and body than your typical American lite brew?
