Hi, all that should be in the book. B-Q sauce and Ketchup 2tablespoons. Look at the listed foods at the top of this page....Should help you.
The snacks can be whatever you want but only 100 calories (200 if your over 200lbs.) it seems to work well if you try to have some protein and a bit of fruit, cheese, turkey, etc. it lasts longer but you can buy those 100 cal. snack packs which are pretty good.
You can either "eyeball" your foods or count calories...if you are going to count calories try out Fitday to keep track, it really helps. I found I lost better if I counted calories.
You can have Pizza but I don't know the calories, Fitday should have it or find out from the pizza website.
