Well, I survived my first day at eating healthy again. I did great! I did my 8MM yesterday and really pushed hard to work my muscles. Top that with 1.5 hours of line dancing and my legs were so sore last night! I had to massage them so I could go to sleep. But it makes me feel great! It's giving me hope again and a little start on motivation.
I'm going to continue through the weekend and take it day by day. Have a nice weekend everyone!
Hi, your doing good. keep it up. i also had a good day today.. walked the dog 2 x try to get it in each day. may do some line dance practicing tonite. i take monday nites. so like to do it for exercise during the week. also want to get on exercise bike some to. so will try to get at all of it. have a good weekend. Good for you Francine! WTG! Try to keep the enthusiasm up, it will tide you over in the rough spots! And great idea to get all that exercise in! That has a way of really inspiring me as well.
