Francine-

- we've all been there at one point or another. The important thing is to NOT GIVE UP! Maybe your goal for now should just be to maintain, not GAIN anymore. Then when you finally find what ever "IT" is to motivate yourself, you won't have to start back from the beginning. And Phyllis' idea of babysteps is also good. Come here often and maybe it will help. If you are typing I have found it is harder to snack!
Well, I weighed in this morning. It ended up being a STS. Not what I had hoped for, but not a gain, so I will take it. I really didn't do anything to go off plan, so maybe I'm just at a little plateau. I will be sticking to plan like glue this week in hopes of a better result next Wed!

I did see 180 last Friday and I am VERY excited to see the number drop into the 170's, so I have lots of motivation!!
Still super busy at work. I typically work 35 hours a week. The last several weeks it has been more than 45 hrs, so I am exhausted when I get home. Plus I still have to run the kids here there and everywhere, so there is not much "me" time. That's okay, because it doesn't leave a lot of time for snacking or eating too much!
Okay, I'm off to my next project. Make every bite count!
