OK, I've gained back everything I lost during the dental work - I begin that again on Monday - ugh!
I plan to clean out my refrigerator this weekend and get some healthy food in there. Maybe I'll make some hummus & a vegetable dish to have for the week.

Hi Lynn, glad to see you are doing OK.... we missed you and you were in my prayers.
I was bad last night, we had Pizza (2 slices) but then killed the whole chance of staying on ANY plan with a stop at the ice cream plalce and had a MILKSHAKE!!! I still feel bloated this morning.....I'll never learn I guess. I did walk a mile yesterday so maybe that offset some of the bad!
You will lose the lbs. you put back on quickly I bet. Wow this dental ordeal is taking a long time, are you about finished?

Phyllis , I hear ya on the pizza, it always makes me feel bloated the next day. I think it's all the salt they use in the dough. It's been so hot and humid here that pizza just doesn't sound good to me. So there's always the wonderful mexican food.
Me and my girlfriend are going out tonight and I'm really going to do my best on food. I'm sure I'll have a margarita with dinner, but I won't let myself go over board with the chips and salsa. I will stop eating when I'm full.
There, writing it out makes it more accountable.

I have been really working it! I have been OP and really pushing myself with excercise! I don't anticipate much of a loss, though because of the July 4th splurg. Oh well...I am back in on the game and FOCUSED!
