So is everyone back to plan after the 4th? I went walking with my mom this morning. I love this neighborhood as it has some good hills to go up and down and really felt it in my butt.
I'm on my 2nd 52oz glass of water and getting ready to hit the pool. Kick it up a notch challenge, how about doing 5 push ups. Can be any way you like to do them.

We do lots of bike riding and walking. A very relaxing time, except for the fact there is a large group going. But it will be LOTS of fun. Food will be totally off plan, but hopefully there will be enough exercise to offset some of it!
