Thought of the day:Change your mind, change your habits, change your body That's what we're doing. I think the kick it up a notch for the next 2 days should be to make the healthiest choices you can. In my journal it says "You can work out till you're blue in the face, but if your diet doesn't follow, you'll never achieve the results you're seeking." I think we all know how true that is. So enjoy the holiday, but remember portion control. We can do this ladies!!!!
