Smile Sunday / Monday Weigh In

Good Morning Ladies~
I weighed in and lost 2lbs. I'm happy to finally break 220. Now I'm going to work hard on keeping that going down. I'm assuming it's the swimming that's helped.
I made my walking goal for June, just having a hard time changing my tickers. I'm not use to my parents internet server, I got spoiled having all my stuff in my favorites. My AOL is weird when I access it through aol.com. And tickerfactory I have to make a new ticker everytime I want to change the numbers.
I need to go update my points. to everyone having a great weigh in. We're doing this!!!!

Well, I STS this week, but TOM is dragging its heels getting here, so hopefully it's just some water retention.

I'm doing better today. The future is freaking me out a little, but good things are happening.

I got called for a second interview with the medical office, not sure if I already told you that. Then yesterday, I went to my mom's, she found a yard sale (someone she knows) and I got 2 shelves, 2 chests of drawers, a gorgeous dresser, a computer with wireless card included, and a bunch of smaller things...for a TOTAL of $96!!!!! How great is that! Now all I really need is a sofa sleeper.

Hope everyone has a great weekend, and a great weigh in.

I think I have Samantha's email still. I'll try to send her a note.

Sounds like GOOD things are happening.Marcie things are just going to keep getting better. Life is really all about trials and tribulations, it's how we get through them that count.And remember to make things fun cause sometimes fun doesn't just happen so we have to help it along.Faith is also a great key to over coming lifes obstacles it can get you through the worst of it.

* Cathy congrats on the lbs released. It's going to be steady sailing for a while so walk and swim through the ride. (hehe)

Well, unfortunately, I had a 1 lb GAIN this week. Oh so frustrating!!! But I will not give up, I will charge ahead. I've got a plan for this week to stay OP during the week. We are going camping Fri - Mon, so food won't be OP. (DH makes an awsome cook when we go camping! )

Water has been good, food was very good Fri, Sat and even Sun, although I probably had too many calories on Sun. But the foods themselves were good. I am at work today and we have no big plans for tomorrow, so I should be okay as far as eating OP. I just need to get my butt on the treadmill when I get home today!

Well, I am 1 lb. down this week.....I was hoping for more with all the walking but it will come.

Marcie, good luck on the second interview.....hey....they liked you!!!!
Sounds like good bargins you found, things are coming together for you.

Anita, sure you can skip the WI....I thought I was going to also. Have fun on your vacation.

Good job Cathy, keep swimming.

Sharon, don't worry about the small gain this is a new week....

Well I'm up another pound. Frustration is setting in.But it will pass.I just need to step back take a look and make an aggressive plan of action.
