Ok ladies we need to get this going, Lynn has to have surgery and needs to lose 10 lbs and so let's all join in and get 10 lbs off with her. This will start tomorrow, Wednesday. Our goal date is June 30th, 2006. To lose 10 lbs in the next 5 weeks! Can we do it?!?!? YES WE CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!
So come here daily or as often as you can and lets get our butts in gear!!!

*Note: I'm going camping (yea!) and will be gone Thurs/Fri/Sat - so my goal while camping will be:
Water
Walking everyday (I'm sure we'll be doing alot of that anyway - even with the kids)
We generally eat well during camping - so I'm not going to worry too much. The only junk food we're bringing is marshmallows to roast - skipping the chocolate & graham crackers!) I will be just fine as long as I can stay away from soda and grab the water instead!!!
I'm ready! I have made my self a to-do list for everyday to make sure I get it all in! I am the to-do list queen, if it can be or be on a list it is! I think it helps me stay focused. I have a daily chore list for everyone in my family, my son can never say " I forgot what my chores are", if you have a nine year old you know what I am saying!.
My goal is to cut out whites - white rice, white pasta, white potatoes, white bread, cereal with fewer than 8 g of fiber
cut out sweets - no cookies, cake, candy, soda
and eat veggies, fruit, complex carbs and protein everyday.
