Have fun in the big apple!

Yesterday was a crash and burn day. I COULD NOT STOP EATING ALL DAY LONG! I don't know what got into me, I think it was those carrots and celery bowls, it was like it gave me a license to graze. I ate carrots, celery, cheese, and pretzels, ALL DAY!

Granted, it's not like I ate a bunch of cookies, but still, I don't think eating all day long was what Jorge Cruise had in mind when he said if you "must" eat, eat a vegetable!!! I must've gotten bit by the Easter bunny...

*sigh* try again today. This time, no bowl of carrots and celery. I thought it would help, it made it all worse! oh well...

Don't worry about it. Unfortunately, binging happens to me as well. But as you said, at least you ate healthy foods, not unhealthy ones. So that's one good thing. So forgive yourself and make it a better day today. I like to remind myself once in a while that I'm not on a diet, so it's okay, if my days are not all perfect. That's what a lifestyle is. When you have a history of overeating, I don't think it will ever be perfect. We'll always have days not so perfect. So why not forgive and forget? Life is for enjoyment. I like to think that there is no room for regrets in it.

Good morning ladies! Sorry I haven't been around, life has gotten busy. Between Steven's therapy and his baseball and life in general I don't know if I am coming or going! Hope everyone is doing well! I will check back as soon as I can!

Lynn- Hope you are having a wonderful time in the City! What a gorgeous day to go to NYC!!!!

Nothing much happening today. Just the same old same old. I hit the 100 oz again yesterday - YEAH! I am doing okay with water today as well, but probably need to "step it up a notch" to make the 100 oz mark. Still no exercise yet this week. It will be tough to make my goal, but I am still hoping to do it! Bobby has baseball camp tonight 5 -6pm. Then I need to figure out dinner. Chicken and salad maybe? It was hamburgers with all the trimmings last night.

Just kind of ho hum today........
