Friday April 14

  • Hi everyone! Boy oh boy is it quiet on here this week! I think we are all struggling this week. I know I am!! But the key is to keep coming to the boards, even if you don't have good news/behavior to report. We have to support each other even more through the bad times!

    I have been terrible with my eating this week. I don't know why, I just won't follow the plan. A little deviation wouldn't be bad, but I am WAYYYYY off plan. Anyhow, today is Good Friday. I am Catholic, so we don't eat meat and we Fast today. My two larger meals can not add up to as much as my main meal and there is no snacking allowed. While that does not follow the 3 hour eating, I am hoping it will get my out of control eating under control. I had a small muffin for breakfast. I am planning a salad for lunch and I am thinking pizza for dinner or maybe grilled cheese. Not low fat items, but I have to eat them in moderation, so without the snacks, it should keep my calorie count down for the day. Nothing like a little "divine intervention" for getting me back on track.

    I have to go grocery shopping today, color Easter eggs, clean the kitchen, take Bobby to baseball practice and do my mom's taxes. It is gonna be a busy one!

    Come on - fess up ladies and lets make a pact to turn it around for next week, okay?!

  • I've been doing okay, eating wise. Just been tired from working and busy with the boys. I haven't been consistant with my workouts. This morning and did 2 dvd's. I did WATP Walk Strong and Yoga Walk. I just got them in the mail yesterday and love them!! I think one of my goals for next week will be going to bed earlier so I can get up earlier to workout. I use to do this and got out of the habit and need to start it again. That's a sure fire way to get in my !

  • Hi ladies, I think everyone is busy the week with Easter and I know a lot of children are out on spring break....so hopefully next week will pick up again.

    I am in better control of my eating this week and still trying to up the water! Going to do my walking DVD this afternoon as I didn't make it to the gym.

    We are going to boil some eggs today but as no children in the house we don't color them. I make deviled eggs and egg salad with them. It is an Easter tradition here, I will try not to eat too many of them.

  • I'm doing good today. I woke up and did a half hour on the tread mill...wonder if that has anything to do woth my mood today. I'm unusually percky today, I hope to keep the same mood in spite of having to work today.Maybee I'll get stuck on a register near the doors ( so I can get to look out on this sunny day).

    Eating today is going well, my parents are starting to count calories so I'm not alone in my journey to a healtier lifestyle. I've been doing good all week obstaining from that cursed Easter candy, ITS EVERYWHERE!!!well

  • I am having a major problem with bloating. Its probably salt and the fact that I can not get that water down to save my life! UGH!!!
