That is wonderful news Melissa. I have noticed that you generally lose weight every week. Do you have a secret that you want to share with us. I have read your food journal and it looks like you do not each much bread, would this be the secret or is it the exercise. Do share. I know that every one is different and has to find the right diet for themselves, but this one has really been working for you since you started.

Congrats to all of you for losing this week! I had lost last week, but this week, I didn't eat very well. I'm not planning to weight in tomorrow. Trying to avoid the disappointment I'm sure will follow if I do. But then again, I may simply decide to face my fears and see the results of my bad eating habits.

I've always got the same problem. One week goes well, the second doesn't and I usually gain it all back. I keep sabotaging myself.

You'd think after losing over 60 pounds on this lifestyle, I would lose the remaining pounds easily. But the closer I get, the harder it seems to become for me. But I'm not ready to give up! I didn't work this hard to gain it all back! I will shake myself out of these bad eating habits and do well again.

My pound I had gained is gone plus another 1/2. I plan to have another 1/2 gone by this coming Monday at least.
