Default New to your support group

Hi everyone!

I have just joined your support group today! It feels so good to be among so many Jorge Cruise members. I have my sister and sister in law that do the lifestyle along with me, and we've been supporting each other all along, but it's also nice to find other members who do it.

I've lost over 60 pounds by now with Jorge's lifestyle, and I have another 24 pounds to go to reach my final JC goal. But to be honnest with you, I'm having a hard time recommitting to the program. It's hard!

Do any of you have any tips on controlling chocolate cravings? There is some in my office for sale of course to support children activities and it's very hard to resist when it's next door!

Welcome aboard!! Its great to have you here! Did you lose all 60 lbs on the JC plan??? That is fabulous that you have such a great success!! We would love to hear all about it!!! I found that Hunts makes a faboulous sugar free pudding that is only about 40 calories or so. It really hits the spot for that chocolate craving!!! The other ladies here can give you some more ideas!

Again, welcome aboard! Pull up a chair and jump right on in!! We have an awsome support team here!!!

Thanks Laurie

Yes, I did lose all the weight using Jorge's lifestyle. It really does work well for me, but I've lost so much weight that I seem to have lost the motivation to keep at it every week! I'm so close yet so far away! I will check into those puddings, it sounds like a great idea. Perhaps, this support group is what I need to recommit to the program.

Thank you for the warm welcome!

Happy to meet you! Chocolate cravings are rough - I know Melissa here eats 12 m&m's for her treat every day... Maybe that would help you?

You have done great so far! Hop on board and help us! You know it is impossible to help someone get somewhere without getting there yourself, right?!

Welcome, Francine! And, you are our hero for that great weight loss! I don't know about "tips," but I do have a cure. It's pretty gross, so before I post it, be sure to let me know that you REALLY want to stay away from chocolate for a while - possibly for the rest of your life.

Default Bring it on!

Thank you ladies for the warm welcome! I would love to help you all achieve your goals! I know that together we can all do it. Support is very important and it's the one thing that has often put be back on track!

Something gross to help me stay away from chocolate forever? Bring it on! I work with 2 women that just don't love chocolate much. I envy them so much! And I agree with the other ladies as well? Chips is one more food I crave once in a while. Lately I had found Crispers that are really good! But then I went through the entire bag. It's not better!

When I'm in control, I can eat chocolate in the right portions, and chips in the right portions. But lately, I've been so much out of control that I'm having a hard time getting back on track! Eating way too much!

But today is Feb. 1. I have decided to recommit to the program seriously. No more binging. I will post a new seperate post message to see who's with me.

Thank you all!
