Default I think I relapsed!

OK so yesterday I went to the gym, couldn't make it completely through the work out and ever since then I haven't felt good, now I feel worse than I did at the beginning of this nasty cold. I am thinking its turning into a sinus infection or something so I maybe heading to the doctor tomorrow.

But until then, I am going to bed! Good night all! I will catch up with everyone tomorrow!

I think you failed to allow yourself time to get better and now your body is knocking you down a peg so you pay more attention. Laurie - darn it - get your rest. Stop overdoing it. REST!!!!

Check in tomorrow - I want to know how you feel.

Yep Laurie you over did it.....rest as much as you can, drink your fluids and take care of yourself. Your body will let you know when you are ready to exercise.

That' will probably be when you can BREATHE!!!

Take care of yourself Laurie! Rest, fluids, chicken noodle soup..... you know the drill. There will be plenty of time for exercise once you feel better. Until then, just take care of you!

Laurie, my personal trainer says that you should not go to the gym if your cold is in your chest. If it's in your head, you are OK and should just take it a bit easy. And if you have a fever, even a little one, stay home.
