Default A new find for dinner!

Ok I had some boneless/skinless chicken breast that I just needed to spice up so what I need was the following:

Sprinkled some Itallian seasoning on them then
brown them in a pan in the olive oil Pam spray
then I layed them on a baking sheet and layed some tomatoes on the top of them, then a layer of onion, then a tad of lowfat mozarella cheese, sprinkled some pepper on them and then baked them for about 20 mins on 375 for about 20 mins or so until the cheese is alittle brown and the onions are golden.

WOW! That was good and it was something new! I was really getting bored with chicken!! YUMMY!

Using Italian seasoning on chicken is the miracle. I just started using this on my chicken because I was getting bored with it to and oh my. It was really good. I will definitely have to try that.

I have a smokless grill for ontop the stove and I love it. I get some of Trader Joe's 21 spice mix and some freshly gound pepper...what ever it is on is wonderful

Anita if you get a GF grill get the one with the temperature control.......I love mine but it is a Hamilton Beach and has really nice drip pans and you can cook on both sides if you want. Got it at Walmart.

I love my GF grill -- and I want one of the new ones that has the removable plates that you can just put in the dishwasher. I use mine every day.

Asparagus is also really good grilled with the Italian seasoning if you spray it with olive oil Pam first. I add garlic salt too.

I think a rotisserie would be wonderful - what do you cook on yours besides chicken?

You can make an excellent pork roast and/or eye roast - I have a friend who swears by prime rib made in a rotisserie - I of course no longer eat red meat, but I still make it for my husband and his mother. Ds and I don't eat a lot of meat at all.
