I am really trying to keep up with my goal...I am unable to do the 40 minutes x 3 days, so I am just going by total minutes for the week...My knee is still hurting...I have no Idea what I did to it!!! The Dr said Arthristis, but I don't know...

Hi Vicki, glad Laurie pointed this out to all of us.....

You are doing so great, what an inspiration to all of us. Hopefully I will get into my exercise starting this week now that my excuse of a cold is gone!!

Watch the knee, losing all this weight will be such a benifit for that also.

Keep up the good work, Phyllis

Keep on going Vikki! Arthritis improves with use of the affected joint... just don't stress it... walking is good. Things like steppers or cycling may hurt you more than help you... Think low or no impact...

Vicki & Everyone,

Vicki, I love your train tracker. I get my cortisone shot in my hip on the 28th. After that, I hope to get going with my WATP tape. I'm going to steal Vicki's train track idea for my exercise tape.

Lynn
