Lets just say this............I won't be doing THAT again! LOL! That was a killer class! How in the world is that a class for beginners!! My butt hurts like all get out!! No I didn't make it the entire 45mins, I made it 20 mins then went and worked out for 30 mins and did kinda like a curves workout. That cycling class OMG!! They had you start out slow with little tension then stand and peddle with higher tension, the go as fast as you can for a few mins then sit, then stand then faster and faster OMG!! NOPE not a class for me!!! LOL! But atleast I tried and got a good cycling in for 20 mins then a good 30 mins of another work out in!
I am going back in the morning though for another work out. So atleast I did get lots of exercise in today!
At least you gave it a try. I did it for a couple of weeks and it about killed my rear. Even after doing it for a couple of weeks, my butt still hurt and my you know what. I also didn't see a difference in inches, weight, or myself after doing it for a couple of weeks.
