Link for description is above. It is MUCH more restrictive than JC. However, it's just 10 days on the most restrictive part. I like the food - veggies; lean poultry/fish/meat; olive oil, nuts; whole grain bread. Also, I just needed something new to get me started again.
As we always say, it all comes down to calories. I'm eating a LOT fewer calories & I'm losing.
