Talking

Taking a sanity break at the moment! I've started to pop into the forums and make a post before I start to get the munchies. I'm nestled in my little corner of the library...with my slippers ,so so comfy. IT has really helped!

Thanks to you all for your support, today is much better. Tired, but better. I have one final today and one on Thurday. After that I'm planning to spend a month of getting into my own fitness schedule.

Phyllis- Amen to that TV crap. I couldn't agree more. I look forward to my walks beacuse I can get out of the house and away from the TV( it is on a lot at our house)-oh and that cruise sounds nice, it is beautiful here. Ihope that you'll be able to see more than what you are able to see on the cruise. There is so much to see!

ABworldy- Thanks for the welcome!

Well back to the books

Thanks gals! There are a lot of mirrors where I work and one day I was walking down an aisle of excersize exquipment, and I could see my self perfectly, walking toward the mirror. I thought the mirrors must be distorted to make you look thinner than you really are so you want to keep working out. Then the closer I got to it the more I realized that everyone else around me looked the same in real life as they did in the mirror. I thought"OH my that IS me." When I got home from work that night I told my husband all about it. That was last week some time. So I thought a nice new picture was due.

Phyllis I am also glad to see the forum picked up. It is cold here in Colorado too. VERY! I hate the winter cold months here. But I'm okay if it's snowy and sunshine but not snow and gloom.

I am really tired of all my split - shifts, I am hoping to become a yoga/pilates class instructor. It would be really fun and they $25.00 for every class I would teach. I might do kick boxing or something else as well. Just depends, I will know more details in January about it. That is also something new I have been hoping to do and have been keeping on the down low. But thought you all would like that update on me.

I also start my first fitness training tomorrow with John. So hopefully things will move faster and my trackers. He said tonight I should give him 8-10 weeks and he thinks he can have me at my goal. Well, that would be shocking! So we will just have to see about that.

Love to you all and good night.

Default Today Is A Good Day

I half to admit I was somwhat sceptical this morning... getting up a little late and a little stressed...but it turned out great. I have been able to eat every 3 hrs and have stayed withing my calorie limit. No munching yet, I even made it through my final without resorting to food. I was also able to where my "tight" jeans to today without them cutting into my tummy. It will be time soon to go another size down. Well back to the books, one more final andI'm in the clear!!!

How is everybody\ Hope you are having a wonderful week.
Well gonna get back to painting before kids get home

Hey all! It flew by for me too! I only got one training season in this week. That was today. It was awesome! He was great and I can't believe it. I really loved working out. I can't wait for my next session.

Eating hasn't been so good. It's my timing, I am so busy lately my snacks and meals are a little late. I am hoping to get that on track next week. And get my water back up to where it used to be. I am excited for WI too.

Hope the painting is coming along good, Donna.

Alaska... how is the plan working for you so far?

Laurie it's great to see you here! I have been wondering about you. And yes, thank you for the card. I was so touched. I still havn't gotten mine out yet. Hoping by this weekend to be done.

It is snowing outside. BIG HUGE flakes whirling around. I'm okay with that except I have DH's Christmas Party tonight. I am so excited. They do raffles and white elephant gifts. I havn't won a raffle since we started going and we didn't win at my company's either. Which makes me think my odds of winning go up. So I'll cross my fingers tonight.

Well I am doing good. I havn't taken my measurments since October. I decided to do it again. Here are the results:

Now my total overall inches lost since starting this plan is: 21.75 inches

Total loss in my waist alone is: 6.5

My Body Fat went from 40% down to 29.9%

I am pretty happy! I like that. My DH said, no wonder why your pants don't fit.

I was happy with that response from him too. Now I can't wait for my Christmas clothes!

Happy WI to everyone for tomorrow. (I snuck on today and I am down to 147!) I was 150 last week, just didn't change my tracker. So I am down 3#'s!!!

Good job, Dani!!! You are doing so well. This week and last wasn't the greatest for me. I haven't been 100% OP. I haven't totally blown it but not as good as I should be. I am sts again so far. I am not going to beat myself up about it, though, since I have come so far. Today is a good OP day!!!!

Donna -- did you decide not to post at Shakedown Cruisers anymore?
