Donna so glad you had a good time on your get away!!! We all need those once in awhile and especially with no children...you'll lose for sure this week.
My exercise is doing my treadmill as long as I can everyother day and walking in the evenings everynight...need to up both of them but I am doing better than I have in a long time with this new commitment.
