This is my second post....lost the first one!!!
I am down 1/2 lb., doesn't show on my tracker though. I am thrilled as we ate dinner out 5 nights this past week. I was at one point 189.5 but I will get there this week being on the challenge.
I need to pick up the exercise (I've done hardly any this past week) and my water intake is on the low side....so I will be floating along this week.
Laurie I hope you are feeling better and might join us on the challenge. Teri you are always in my thoughts....take care of yourself. Wendy I hope you are feeling better also.
Jeanette take care of your arm and try to stay OP best you can. Vicki, as Dani said we will have another challenge and you can join us then.
