I just recieved the 8 minutes for real shapes and sizes has anyone done it?
do you do his diet or another program.
If you all could give me some input I'd really appreciate it.

Hi Kierie: As you can see by my signature, I have way more than 30 lbs to get rid of! I follow JC's food plan, and will start working on the 8 Minutes in the morning part of it!
I had a toal to lose of about 50 pounds. I am now down to needing about 30 pounds gone. I did not do 8mm - but I do excersize. That is what "melts" away fat.
Thanks for your Responses I've been doing the South Beach Diet and have lost about 15 with it I just thought I would mix up my exercise a bit
do you all do strictly Jorge's exercises? or do you do additional?

I work out at a gym that I work at. So I do my workouts before or after work, since I am already there. This has helped tremendously on my weight loss. I WI this am and I was down to 155. 3 more pounds to reach Oct 1 goal! I am crossing my fingers for a 3 pound release in the next 6 days.
I have all the books and all the equipment..well I should say I did have all the equipment...sold my treadmill, gave away my bicycle (stationary) bought me a real one...have weights and bands and ball and everything else that supposedly will help me lose the weight
