Those measurements can be a real eye-opener

. It takes a while to get aclimated to the program, but once you do it becomes habit. Make sure you are getting the right quantities of foods - weighing things definitely helps get you on track. I know when I measured out 1/2 spahetti - I laughed

Now I am used to it and plan lots of veggies around it.
