Arrow Fat Visual

I was reading on the JC site of a visual that is used to help lay off the fattening foods!

Did you know that 1 pound of fat looks like about 4 sticks of butter or margarine or 1 one-pound can of vegetable shortening? YUCK!!!! Visualize that when you are tempted to eat too much!

My mom always told me that about picturing a lb of butter when I was losing slowly so even though it was slow when I pictured 2 lbs of butter I could picture the 2 lbs of fat that i had lost! What a wonderful smart women she was. Wendy

Just noticed the topic of this thread and thought you'd like another visual - this is from our moderator Ilene's signature...
