Hello Darling!
Do not be worry, it will go down, it's imposible to gain so much weight in a day, just because you ate some chinese food.
It will go down soon, maybe by tomorrow.

Laurie:

If the scale doesn't go down by tomorrow, weigh again on Monday and use that weight. It's just the sodium in the food. You are doing great.

Definitely the sodium - I can't eat Chinese and then step on the scale

Give yourself a day or two - like Juliana said - you can't gain it that quick!!

Mayabe you could try some natural dieretic foods like watermelon, asparagus along with the extra water. It couldn't really hurt to try.

I have also heard that if you oversalt a meal you can add a potatoe to it to absorb some of the salt Spuds anyone?
