Morning all! Thank God it's Friday!

This will be my first weekend on the plan. It will be a challenge to eat on time, that's for sure! But I'm determined to make this a way of life, not just a fad to get me through losing weight.

Proud of you Jeanette! Determination is what will keep your goals foremost! You'll do great this weekend!
I get to get out of the house today! My little brother is ging to babysit so I can go have lunch with my mama and aunt from Alaska. Can you tell I'm excited? I don't get out much! Hopefully I can remember my manners!
I am still up a pound from last week. I have done cardio everyday this week so far and maybe I'll do it Saturday, too. I did arms last night - oh my are they gonna be sore! I used to be able to do pull ups, now I can hardly do a "real" push up! Getting there tho After today I will have met my cardio goal for 5x/week 2 weeks in a row! Last night I noticed it is getting easier (mentally). Instead of talking myself into it, it was just something I needed to do without a whole lot of thought - I think they call that a habit! Feels awesome!
21 weeks and 42 lbs til Mexico!

Almost time for WI....I hope we all willl have made some sort of progress.

Yes, this is a lifestyle...it took me quite some time to get that in my head. I don't look at it as a diet anymore and I actually enjoy looking for new things that I can eat and be legal.

Off to work this afternoon so I'd better get ready.....

Hi all and JEANETTE congrats this is a way of life not just a diet.
it's been a busy week for me we are doing things around the house getting ready to sell it. we own a 4 family house and we are ready for a change. so i've lost weight do to running around doing home repairs and such.

Laurie-- I hope you will check in once in a while even if you are busy! Are you still on JC?

Donna -- You are doing awesome. Keep up the positive attitude! When I see others with that attitude it really helps me get (and keep) motivated too!

Phyllis -- Have fun at work and good luck with weigh-in this weekend!

I am back on track. I am still the same weight so far this week, though. I will take it over a gain any day!!!!! I did my weights yesterday. Today I plan to do cardio.

Hi Everyone,

I go to my cardiologist on Monday. She's going to have a fit. Of all my doctors, she gets most upset about my weight. I'm NOT looking forward to that! I guess it's too late to try to lose 20 lbs by Monday, huh?
