Donna good job. I kow that feeling after exercising where you can hardly move afterwards. When you put " I can hardly type" That was eaxactly what I was thinking.

I DID IT! I met my goals for this week! That makes 2 weeks in a row with 5 days of cardio and 3 days this week strangth training. I feel so awesome!

Donna GOOD JOB!!! I hope I met my Oct 1 goal so bad!!! And I have a lot of exercising to do if I want to get all my goal points in this month. YOU GO GIRL!!! I hope in 3 weeks I can say the same thing as you! YOU ROCK!

Mine is simple - lose every week. Even if it is a tenth of a pound. I'm a daily weigher, so I will post my weight every day.

9/11 - 176.8
9/12 - 176.8
