Default My Findings

I was grocery shopping the other day and of coarse Im bored with the foods Ive been having and wanted a change. I found they now package salmon just like tuna (they may have always done this) but I thought how wonderful a quick way to add a different kind of fish to a sandwich. And right by those cans were tuna already cooked seasoned and they look grilled. Pre packaged. No refrigeration needed. So I bought I couple. One is I think ginger- yum! And I will have it for lunch today and tell you what I think. With some brown rice and steamed fresh broccoli, and flax capsuls. And I also thought what a great way for lunch its already prepackaged. you just need to warm it up and eat it. So that what I will probably be bring for dinners when I work at the fitness club. They were less than $2.00 a fish too. I couldnt go to Mc D's and buy "GOOD" fish for that!

Another thing a lot of granola bars and things now say 1/3 less sugar maybe its 1/2 surgar. I know lots of them say that. Well I bought the peanut butter / choc chip ones. They are only 100CALS!!! That means a little fiber and sweetness to curb my cravings at the same time for my snacks! I was getting bored of the pria bars and 100 cal snack packs! I am glad I found these! Check them out - DELICIOUS!!!!!!

Dani: What brand of granola bars are 100 cals? Sounds like a good snack! Because I have so much to lose, I get to have 400 cal snacks twice a day! (at least for a bit, anyway!)

the fish sounds great as well!
