Default NSV! Saturday

My NSV for today is a pair of jeans! Yep an old pair. A pair I havn't been able to wear in about 3 years! And they fit not uncomfortable fitting but actually comfortable. And I think they look better than my new jeans I bought 3 months ago! YiPpEe! Now I just have to make sure I keep these ten pounds gone for good! Actaully its eleven pounds but I dont want to ginx myself for tomorrow weigh in.

Thumbs up

Yea! Dani....way to go

Mine would be did a very few minutes on the treadmill....hey it's a start for me! Going to increase everyday now.

This week I also added 1 extra glass of water a day, taking one 1000mg flax/day and doing the 8mm. So I have a lot of victories this week too.

I went to a park that was new for my DF and me. We walked on the trail (around 1.5 mi.) through the woods. First time I have walked in a long time.

With losing a little wieght in the past two weeks I can exercise a little longer (a min. or two longer) every day. Before, I was in pain and got frustrated; now, I have hope.

We spent the day with family from out of town. I walked away from the "Hot Fudge Sundae" Bar...empty handed!
