Default Well its Sunday, once again

and I am NOT happy with the scales! I dont' know what my deal is. I feel like I am slowly sabatoging myself and gaining it back!! I am so mad at myself!!! I get this way and get bored with a program, I think I need to make some sort of change before I gain it all back! I wish I had someone who lived closer to me and we could MAKE each other go work out and stay OP!!

So who wants to move here with me?!? LOL!

Hey Laurie, don't get down....your not feeling well and that doesn't help.
You have lost 22 lbs.....you know how to do it, don't give up now.

I think we all go thru that phase and get bored with the meals. As you know I wasn't losing at all since April, of course I never was true to the diet either.

This past week I cut 100 cal. from my breakfast and lunch....finally after 3 wks. that got me 1 lb. this week. I don't know if that is the correct way but I needed to do something and I also added some flax and drinking 1 glass extra of water/day. So something finally kicked in.

Shake up something in your program, something you know that worked earlier that maybe your not doing now???? I know, since I've only lost 3 lbs , I probably shouldn't give any advise and doing the exercise is hard to keep up, that is the one reason I am still at the JC site to use the 8mm timer, I don't think I would do them otherwise.

Hang in there.....I can't move there but sure could use someone at my house too. Phyllis

Find a weight lose buddy, someone you can trust and call and ask how they are doing. And vice vrs. thats another reason I wanted my mom to join - for her success. But also so we can encourage eachother on.

Hi Laurie,

Ditto what the others already said. I noticed you weren't posting as much and maybe that is also why you are going off plan. Just keep thinking about your ultimate goal - to be healthy for your kids!!!!!!

Start posting your daily food. That might help too.

Laurie,

I'm with you. The difference is, I've lost 1 lb & you've lost 22! What can we do to help each other?

Hey Laurie - I'm thinking about moving (lol). This week has been incredibly ridiculous. I went back to work Wednesday and ended up putting in more time in three days than I normally do in one week (yuk). Boss is - let's just leave it at that!! In addition to that, my kids and DH are driving me crazy . I am supposed to be taking it easy and it's like they don't care . So, I am ready to leave at this point. I'll move to NC or anywhere - okay -- who wants me????

Amazingly I have managed to lose two pounds (probably because TOM left) and with all the food that has been at my house, I was afraid to get on the good ole scale :. Fortunately I went to grocery store and stocked up on fruit and veggies so I can get back on plan. It's time to get myself in gear before I have to start Chemo. That won't be for two more weeks, though.

I hope you feel better soon, Laurie. Its no fun being sick in this hot, humid weather.
