Default I'm BACKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!
Whip in hand and all!!! Look she is even glowing in red this time!


I woke up with a new renewed me and I am back and I WILL get this weight off!! Something hit me while I was out with some girlfriends last night and I thought to myself, "what am I doing? Why am I willing to throw all my hard work down the drain!!! I thought too what would my kids do without me around and that put me right back into my motivation to get this weight off!!!"


So the *Whip Lady had returned!!!* Fully charged and ready to lose!!

Laurie - you amaze me!!! Does the whip reach to Cincinnati? Somebody come snatch these brownies and pastries. Why do people always want to bring you food like brownies and pastries and donuts?? My best friend sent me a basket of fruit (bless her heart):. She knows me so well!

DH has a new digital camera and has been taking pictures out the whazooo!!!Unfortunately, I can't get them downloaded without his help. Therefore, Laurie, I may have to send you some emails to help get my pics loaded - hope you don't mind? I mean, if you can make whip lady sizzle in red - you can do anything!!!

Laurie thats awesome I think your energy is spreading through us ladies and especailly to me. I had a hard "emotion" week with this plan last week. And I feel totally renewed today!
