Hi everyone-
I've been browsing around this board for a little while and decided to get active on here. I have read so much good advice that I really wanted to join in. I have only just begun to change my eating habits and activity level. I am counting calories and making sure I add some protein with each meal. I plan on taking it slow. I want to be able to get rid of the bad habits and gain healthy ones that will last for good. I look forward to getting to know ya'll.
