Hi everyone-
I've been browsing around this board for a little while and decided to get active on here. I have read so much good advice that I really wanted to join in. I have only just begun to change my eating habits and activity level. I am counting calories and making sure I add some protein with each meal. I plan on taking it slow. I want to be able to get rid of the bad habits and gain healthy ones that will last for good. I look forward to getting to know ya'll. Jane |
Good for you Jane for working to get healthy. I joined a few weeks ago and have found this site motivational and with very nice people. Find a few forums to subscribe to so you can get into the groove with the other members. We all wish you the best of luck with your new program.

Hi my name is Kat and thisis the hardest thing i've ever done. Trying to lose weight. I currently weight 210 and my goal is 150. I started my own version of the slim fast and i hope it works. Just wanted to say Hi ALL!:wave:
