Hey there, Welcome!
I've been here for about a week, and have been in a get healthy mode for abut 3 weeks now... So far so good! I find it so much easier to stick to my eating plan and get motivated to go out and exercise if I know that I need to be accountable for it! Are you following any specific plans?
