Hi, im new (obviously)! I am 5'3" and I weigh 153 punds. My metabolism is really sensative, and so i can lose weight pretty easily if im good butif i slip up i gain a lot of weight really fast. I need some motivation and support cuz the only placei get it in my life is from my sis, who lives 5 states away, and my mom who has started a diet like 100 times since summer. But she never sticks to it. Im hoping to find some people here who understand my stuggle and can help me along the way, and maybe even find people who i can help!
