Red face I'm new

Hey everyone,
I'm pooh and I'm new. I want to 1st start off by saying Congratulations to everyone that has lost weight. I am just starting out and I have a long way to go. I want to lose some weight before my 25 b/day, which is in June. I hope I can lose the weight that I really want to lose. I have been heavy all my life and have tried numerous times to lose weight but I never success I just gain weight. I really don’t know how much I weigh I’m just going to say 370lbs I just know that I’m over 350lbs because I have tried to weigh my self but I can’t because I’m over 350. My goal before the new year is to lost at least 10lbs.

Hi Pooh, Boy can I relate to the statement about being "heavy all my life." I'm new too and I'm not sure how this forum works. Sometimes we get overwhelmed at changing our entire lifestyle, so I'm trying to make just one change a month. They say you have to do something 30 consecutive times before it becomes a habit, so this month I'm going to eat breakfast every day, something I've never done in the past. I'm hoping to keep it up for the entire month. Keep posting and keep a positive attitude.
