Hi all! My name is Heather and I am 4 weeks postpartum tomorrow. My ideal weight is 170-180 - I am 5'11". After having three beautiful baby boys over the last 8 years and dealing with a few bouts of depression my weight has slowly but steadily gotten out of hand. I have never really successfully stuck to anything long enough to lose any amount of weight and am now 232 lbs.
I am nursing so my plan for now is to eat healthy, drink lots of water, and try to get lots of activity into my lifestyle. I'm hoping that will help me with a good healthy long term weight loss! I have been told it's not a good idea to "diet" while nursing so this is my plan!
