Hi everyone... my name's Caroline, I'm 20 years old and a sophomore in college. I'm 5'3" and 151 pounds today. I've been a compulsive over eater since high school when I packed on about thirty pounds over the course of a year and then kind of stabilized at 150-ish. I'm just really not in a good place at all with my weight right now and I want to lose those thirty pounds, get back down to 120, when I looked pretty good. I'm not really how to go about this in a healthy way, so I'm hoping you all can help me out with it. I start my diet first thing in the morning.
