Nice to here from you Tell me how you are going about your weight loss What plan are you using I joined a exercise class in my town the classes are 3x a week We do low impact cardio 2x /week step 1x /week and weights every time the classes just started a month ago and with my shift work I usually get there twice a week I do feel better The jump start i needed to do this was when I saw my brother this summer and he is 6 ft and weighed 10 lbs less than I did
